What we store

Your account (name, e-mail, sign-in provider), the notebooks, sources, chats, notes and generated content you create, and usage counters needed to apply plan limits. Uploaded files and generated audio are stored in encrypted cloud object storage (Amazon S3, EU region); text passages and metadata are stored in our database.

How we process it

To answer questions and generate content, relevant passages of your sources are sent to our AI providers (OpenAI) for processing. Audio overviews are synthesized by Klassifier's speech services. Your content is not used to train our models and is not sold.

Payments

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a purchase confirmation from the store, never your card details.

Your choices

You can delete any source, notebook or note at any time. Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes all your NoteWisp data, including stored files.
